What is the refund or exchange policy?

<Gifts to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Philippines, Japan> Please note that all gift cards sent to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Philippines and Japan, Vietnam are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If the gift card cannot be redeemed due to reasons such as business closure or sales suspension by the brand, SodaGift is not responsible for any compensation or refunds and you will need to contact the brand directly. <Gifts to Korea> 1.Unused gifts ※ Gift Cards: Please contact us at support@sodagift.com
and a refund will be issued to the sender for unused valid gift cards. However, gift cards are non-exchangeable but you can request a cancellation with us before placing a new order. ※ Delivered gifts: All orders are processed on weekdays so you must contact us before in order to change or cancel your order. No change-of-mind refunds on food and flower gifts. However if you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 2. Used gifts We cannot cancel or refund used gifts.
