[Validity Extension Policy]

1. Validity extension can be applied up to 1 day before the expiration date for unused vouchers only.

2. The validity period can be extended in 93-day increments, but only up to 5 years from the original issue date.

3. You must call INUMBER Customer Center (1644-5093) to apply for an extension of the validity period. (Weekdays 9:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays)

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. before the initial expiration date: Used vouchers are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and payment cancellation and refund for unused vouchers can be requested by the purchaser to SodaGift Customer Center (support@sodagift.com).

2. after the initial expiration date: The recipient must call INUMBER customer center (1644-5093) to apply for a refund, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.

3. Refunds for expired vouchers can only be requested within 5 years of the original issue date.
